You are eligible to submit the ticket for a refund within the period of 14 days, after you receive the product, if the amount was paid before the service delivery period or during it, the refund ticket will be processed, right after you receive the content.
You are eligible to ask us to re-edit the content before the content is fully delivered.
You are eligible to receive a refund for our services, if at least one of the terms listed below, apply under your case:
- The company did not provide the content within the agreed period, as stated per signed contract between both parties;
- The content was reused by another client in their advertising campaigns or posted on creators profile without your prior consent; - When posted on your social media, the content was banned due to it not compliant with their content policies.
